Can I change or cancel my order once submitted?

Our online orders process immediately to ensure our clients receive their products as soon as possible. As a result, we have a very short window of time (often less than 5 minutes) in which we can modify or cancel your order once submitted. Please contact our Client Service Team immediately via live chat or telephone (not email) at 1-800-831-4088 (Monday-Friday 6 a.m.-6 p.m. PST) if a cancellation or modification is desired. Orders placed outside of business hours are not eligible for cancellation or modification. If the address on your order is incorrect, we advise you to reroute the package through the carrier's tracking page once shipped. Reviewing your order in the Shopping Bag carefully prior to checkout is highly recommended.
